It's a GIRL!!!

We are excited to announce our next baby will be a girl! YEAH! Now we are 4 and 4. That makes us even. Does that make us done.....................who knows! Don't ask............there is no answer for now! We are grateful for all our blessings (most days), and can't imagine our family any differently.

Our new Kittens

We were suppose to take a kitty from Grandma Sue's house in exchange for Cash; the dog! We didn't think it would appreciate a two day drive back with all our helpers. So, the compromise was grandma Sue would 'help' us get one here, in WA. What can I say, they had a special if you get a litter mate it is FREE......except for the micro chip. Who could turn that down?! They are adjusting nicely and are in the Master Bedroom for now. They play ALL night long, and hide from the youngin's during the day. Squirrel Tail, the female calico (Tyler's cat); and Zeek the male, tabby. YES, they are fixed.

Summer Vacation 2009

We were able to travle this year to California over a 3 day period to arrive for a 2 1/2 week visit. Partly, because Fred took a new job working for Seed Factory NW, and had training for 1 week in California. We camped along the coast on our way down. It was exhausting, but worth it! We made some great family memories. We saw the California Redwoods, Crescent City, drove HWY 1; not sure my kids will go for that again!

The kids LOVE being at Grandma Sue's and Grumpaw's house. They tried to swim every day at Great Grandma Steele's, a,k.a 'Great Mom'. Played with the cats, and my favorite; the Cabin. We played hard and slept little, or so it seemed. I am sure years from now, we will think 'WOW', what a summer!
